BEACH BAR INTERIOR

A beach club built around olive trees, where the ceiling is woven and the light is always low.

Full-grown olives are kept inside the room rather than outside it, and the roof opens around them — raffia fringe on one side, a slatted timber grid on the other, so the shade moves through the day the way it would under a canopy. The palette is taken off the coast: terracotta, olive, ash, and a burgundy that only shows at night.

Everything fixed is soft. Banquettes run in one continuous line, the bar front is fluted plaster lit from below, and the wine walls are backlit so the bottles stay the only ornament in the room. Rope, raffia and boucle carry the rest — nothing polished, nothing that will not age well in salt air.
