Nasim sits at the top of a Dubai tower with the skyline on one side and open water on the other. The plan is deliberately simple: one double-height salon, a long terrace, and everything else kept behind joinery so the view is never competing with furniture.

Book-matched marble runs the full height of the fireplace wall, backlit onyx closes the opposite side, and the terrace pool is set flush with the deck so at dusk the water reads as an extension of the horizon.
